‘Royal Park City’ Proves Its Status as a Top-3 High-End Residential Brand for Two Consecutive Months

DK ASIA’s high-end residential brand Royal Park City has once again secured its position among the “Top 3” in the High-End Residential Brand Reputation Rankings announced by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute for October, following its recognition in September. This marks a remarkable achievement, as it is the first time that a large-scale developer brand—not a Tier-1 construction conglomerate—has surpassed major domestic builders to remain in the top ranks for two consecutive months.

The High-End Residential Brand Reputation Rankings, published monthly by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, are based on extensive big data analysis that evaluates brand value and reputation. The figures released by the institute are widely regarded as highly credible and influential among both industry experts and consumers. As of October, the Top 3 brands include DK ASIA’s Royal Park City, Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s The H, and Lotte Construction’s LE-EL. They were followed by Doosan Enerbility’s Trimage, DL E&C’s Acro, and Daewoo Construction’s Prugio Summit in fourth to sixth places, while Hoban Construction’s Summit, POSCO E&C’s O’tierre, SK Ecoplant’s Define, and Doosan Construction’s We’ve the Zenith rounded out the Top 10. Among these, Royal Park City stands out as the only high-end residential brand developed by a major developer rather than a construction company, making its recognition even more noteworthy.

The reason Royal Park City has maintained its “Top 3” position for two consecutive months is clear. It combines 38 six-star hotel-level community facilities and 13 high-end residential services, cultural and artistic sponsorships to enrich residents’ lifestyles, as well as support for resident clubs and ongoing community engagement initiatives. These efforts have earned high scores in the brand reputation’s key indicators—community, communication, and participation indices—demonstrating that Royal Park City has evolved beyond a mere apartment complex to become a leading lifestyle brand for Korea’s VIPs.

In September, DK ASIA transformed part of Incheon into a new urban hotspot by creating a picturesque space where buckwheat blossoms and clay paths coexist in harmony. Later that month, the Royal Garden Festival concert—sponsored by DK ASIA—drew an audience of over 10,000 people and was a resounding success, solidifying its place as one of Incheon’s signature cultural and artistic events. Through these initiatives, DK ASIA continues to enhance both community development and residents’ pride at Royal Park City II in New Geomdan, showcasing the essence of a “premium resort city.”

DK ASIA is also introducing Royal Legend Heroes, a state-of-the-art sports experience facility combining sports and screens, for the first time in a Korean apartment complex at Royal Park City II in New Geomdan. The facility features seven popular sports contents—including batting, pitching, soccer shooting, archery, basketball, action racing, and Candy Slush (a children’s interactive game)—allowing residents to enjoy family-friendly indoor leisure activities regardless of season or weather. The goal is to provide a resort-style living experience where daily life and relaxation coexist in harmony.

In addition, Royal Park City II will feature the nation’s first hotel-style luxury music room, offering residents a premium community space to enjoy music with neighbors and experience emotional healing. Notably, DK ASIA has designed these premium community facilities within commercial areas from the early planning stage—unlike typical builders who attach such facilities as annexes—to completely eliminate noise transfer into residential spaces. The company even prioritized resident satisfaction and pride over commercial profit, foregoing potential rental income from these spaces.

The Royal Train service—introduced at Royal Park City II—has been expanded to Royal Park City at Geomam Station, allowing residents to enjoy panoramic views of the complex’s beautiful landscaping from above, as if seen by birds. The train passes through scenic attractions such as the Senior Club, Rose Garden, Jade Path, Maple Trail, Safari World, and Caribbean Bay, creating a true resort-like experience within the community.

Continuous landscape renewal is also underway. In particular, the landscaping renovation of Royal Park City at Geomam Station features the highest landscaping budget in Korea, exceeding that of luxury redevelopment projects in Gangnam. It introduces the world’s first 5D landscaping and mulching techniques throughout the complex. Since landscaping is often difficult to maintain—typically deteriorating within two years—DK ASIA plans to independently oversee ongoing renewal efforts in addition to the management office.

Chairman Kim Jung-mo of DK ASIA stated, “DK ASIA’s high-end residential brand Royal Park City provides not just a living space, but a premium resort lifestyle that allows residents to enjoy relaxation and healing in their daily lives. Through the world’s first luxury landscaping design, we aim to elevate residents’ pride and will continue to invest in maintaining our position as Korea’s leading high-end residential brand and the flagship premium apartment complex of the Seoul metropolitan area.”
